Twin sisters Kristin Smith and Ashley McDonald are co-founders of Digital TXO. Together they are building an advisory practice and developing software for the complex decisions and operating changes organizations face.

Chief Product Architect
Kristin brings experience in enterprise portfolio and demand planning, operating design and transformation governance to Digital TXO. As Chief Product Architect, she translates complex enterprise problems into product capabilities, system behavior, validation requirements and commercialization plans. Her work connects business needs to the architecture and evidence needed to test a solution, in close collaboration with Ashley on their shared software.
Chief Innovation Architect
Ashley’s work on Digital TXO’s emerging software spans concept, architecture and validation. She helps shape the product direction, challenges assumptions and develops the evidence needed to test new capabilities. Her conceptual and strategic work with Kristin is central to their shared product development.
